Even though I have an oily t-zone, I absolutely love the look of glowy skin. So, when I saw that @nyxcosmetics had a Radiant Finish Setting Spray ($9.50 for 1.69 ounces – https://rstyle.me/+RhmE-Con6tFStlDxhdc4gw), and as a fan of their other setting sprays, I knew I had to give this a try!
What it claims:
🔘 Infused with a blend of ultra-fine micro pearls in shades of gold and warm champagne, this illuminating formula leaves you looking like a glimmering goddess with every little spritz
🔘 Illuminates, sets and refreshes skin and makeup
🔘 All NYX Professional Makeup products are proudly cruelty-free and PETA certified
👍🏻 I have used this on several occasions, paired with a variety of different foundations and it performed the same way with each one.
👍🏻 Reading reviews online, people were disappointed in the intense mist the sprayer puts out and the large glitter droplets it dispersed. However, I did not experience either of those things. I thought the spray was nice (not the best I’ve used, but far from the worst) and the size and quantity of shimmer that was applied each time was pretty perfect – you just have to make sure to shake well before application.
👍🏻 Not only does it leave a glitter veil on your face, it also gave me an overall slightly dewy look – both of which I loved.
👍🏻 I think it did a good job of extending the wear of my makeup. Normally I can make it so my makeup lasts all day without major signs of wear, but I could tell this locked things in for even better wear throughout the entire day.
Have you ever looked in the mirror and thought, “More glitter!”? Well then, this is the setting spray for you! For the look it gives, price and actual efficacy, this product is a winner and I recommend it to you if the description of the product sounds like something you would enjoy!
