Skincare Saturday – @deciem Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil

March 14, 2020

After hearing so many good things about @deciem, I decided it was time I finally tried some things out and I started with their 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil ($9.80 for 1 ounce – https://shopstyle.it/l/beI7p)!

What it claims:

πŸ”˜ It uses 100% pure rose hip seed oil that is both cold-pressed and organic

πŸ”˜ Rosehip seed oil is rich in linoleic acid, linolenic acid and pro-vitamin A, all of which degrade when the oil extraction process involves heat

πŸ”˜ While cold-pressed extraction is complex, it preserves all of the quality of this important oil which has been shown to reduce signs of photo-aging and many other skin conditions

πŸ”˜ Its scent is not an indication of rancidity – rose hip seed oil that does not have a scent is refined and offers reduced benefits

πŸ”˜ Cruelty-free and vegan

πŸ”˜ Formulated without water, alcohol, silicone, nuts, or gluten

My experience:

πŸ”˜ I have used this for the last couple of weeks as part of my nighttime skincare routine.

πŸ‘πŸ» A little goes a long way. I only need a couple of drops to cover my entire face and neck.

πŸ‘πŸ» It doesn’t stay super oily on my face for long and I can appreciate that because I don’t want to make my pillow greasy.

πŸ‘πŸ» When I wake up the next morning, it has sunk in completely and left my skin looking perfectly hydrated.

My verdict?

Even if I didn’t know the price of this product, I would likely still recommend it because it works so well. Knowing the price makes it a no brainer, in my opinion. If you have been looking for a face oil, I would definitely suggest checking this one out!
