Mani Monday – @dndgel Dip Powder in London Bridge

September 16, 2019

I finally found a salon in my area that does dip power nails, so I took it as a sign that I needed a manicure!

What’s on my nails:

๐Ÿ”˜ @dndgel DC Dip Powder in London Bridge

Benefits of dip powder (as listed on the Max4Beauty website):

๐Ÿ”˜ No primer needed

๐Ÿ”˜ No lamp required

๐Ÿ”˜ Easy to dip

๐Ÿ”˜ Easy to soak off

๐Ÿ”˜ Lightweight

๐Ÿ”˜ Made in the U.S.A

My experience:

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป I love the color!

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป It was nice that I didn’t have to use a lamp. Sometimes my nails burn when it’s being used on me, so it was a welcome change to not have that sensation.

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป It felt as though it took a little longer than a traditional gel manicure, but not by much.

๐Ÿ”˜ I haven’t attempted to take it off, but if it’s easier than gel polish, but has the same lasting power, I may switch to dip powder exclusively!

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป As of today, Iโ€™ve had this manicure for nine (9) days (the photos were taken on day seven (7). I have experienced zero chipping or peeling up.

If you get manicures, do you do regular nail polish? Gel polish? Dip powder? Whichever one, let me know why you love it!
