Skincare Saturday – @goodmolecules Super Peptide Serum

In my first ever @beautylish Lucky Bag, I received the @goodmolecules Super Peptide Serum ($12 for 1 ounce at @beautylish). Before then, I hadn’t tried many serums. However, now, I have tried many and looked forward to comparing this against the ones I have worked into my routine since then.

What it claims:

πŸ”˜ Smooth, plump and firm skin with copper tripeptides that stimulate the production of collagen and elastin

πŸ”˜ Reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles caused by repeated facial expressions with peptides including Acetyl hexapeptide-8 and acetyl octapeptide-3

πŸ”˜ Can be used day and night.

πŸ”˜ Gluten-free and vegan

My experience:

πŸ‘πŸ» The price is excellent – as it is with all of their other products as well.

πŸ‘πŸ» The packaging feels expensive and the dropper works well – distributing just the right amount of product for me to cover my face, neck and decolletage.

πŸ‘πŸ» There is a very faint pleasant scent. It’s listed on the website as “Natural fragrance only.”

πŸ‘πŸ» Compared to a lot of other serums I’ve tried, it’s quite thin. Which, in the summer, when I already feel like a greasy mess most days, it’s a nice change from the others.

πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ» It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin hydrated enough for summertime. Since my skin tends to get quite dry in the winter, I wouldn’t use this then.

My verdict?

For the cost, this product is a big win! It’s lightweight, yet hydrating. I haven’t noticed any reduction in wrinkles, but my skin definitely feels smother and plumper immediately after application. I may not repurchase this exact product from @goodmolecules because I have other serums that I like slightly more, but I am very intrigued by several other of their products (Instant Cleansing Balm, Discoloration Correcting Serum, and the Overnight Exfoliating Treatment, to name a few).

Have you tried anything from @goodmolecules? If yes, what was your experience?
